MU Health Care is seeking a compassionate Clinic RN to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. You will assess needs, develop care plans, educate patients, and coordinate across teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Formación

• Missouri RN license or equivalent multi-state licensure required.
• Active licensure with the Missouri Board of Nursing or multi-state compact.
• Preferred licenses/certifications may be specified by the hiring department.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs, set goals, and plan care including discharge planning.
• Assess and address pain using appropriate scales, document findings.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain hospital/department standards and participate in meetings and quality improvement.
• Communicate observations to physicians and nursing leadership and document accurately.
• Provide compassionate, team-based care to maximize patient satisfaction.

Missouri Board of Nursing RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN
