Job summary

TOSH Surgery Center seeks an orderly to assist medical and nursing staff with routine tasks in a fast-paced surgical center. You will transport patients, gather supplies, and help prepare in operating rooms while following directions from a registered nurse.

The position runs Monday through Friday with no holidays, nights, or weekends. Benefits include health insurance, HSA contribution, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and lunch provided in a staffed lounge.

Qualifications

• 6 months in a hospital or surgical center is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients between areas and prepare them for procedures.
• Assist with personal care and routine tasks as directed by nurses.
• Gather, move, and organize equipment and supplies.
• Change lines and assist with patient setup.
• Clean and maintain operating rooms and equipment in a fast-paced surgical center.
