Job summary

Freeman Health in Joplin, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift (24 hours/week). You will independently assess patients and families, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure safe, effective care.

The role requires Missouri RN license (or compact state license with residency), and you may need to complete orientation within 30 days. ACLS preferred; BLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 365 days; ASLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State.
• If No Experience As An RN Or LPN In A Hospital Setting, Pass PCO Within 30 Days.
• ACLS Certification Preferred.
• ASLS Preferred, But Not Required.
• AHA BLS For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification Within 365 Days.
• RN Competency Day Annually By Transcript Due Date.

Responsibilities

• Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.
