Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit in Illinois. You will provide inpatient nursing care, assess patients, and work with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

Ideal candidates have a Nursing Bachelor’s degree (Associates accepted if BA within five years), IL RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience with strong critical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting required.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable if a Bachelor's is obtained within five years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure quality patient care and safety.
