Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Surgical Assistant to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Line Supervisor and Director of Surgical Services, the Surgical Assistant handles sterile processing, sterilizes instruments, and assists with patient transport and supplies within the department.

This role requires knowledge or training in aseptic technique and the ability to work flexible day or evening shifts to support patient care across newborn to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aseptic technique required.
• Ability to transport and transfer patients safely.

Responsabilités

• Handle and sterilize instruments and equipment for safe use.
• Stock supplies and assist with cleaning of the department.
• Transport patients, supplies, and specimens as needed.
