Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a Surgical AR Representative to oversee out-of-network billing and collections for multiple practices from our West Palm Beach billing office. The role focuses on identifying denial trends, managing appeals, and addressing underpayments across states.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–3 years of surgical billing experience, and strong knowledge of coding guidelines.

Responsible for overseeing out of network billing and collections success for 3-4 medical practices operating in different states from our central billing office in West Palm Beach. To identify denial trends and manage appeals for underpayment. Be able to identify, articulate, address and demonstrate root cause of non-payment or underpayment.
