Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesia and surgical teams. You will help keep equipment ready and provide patient care in a safe, comfortable environment throughout the surgical journey.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, transporting carts, assisting with patient transfers, and maintaining infection control. Excellent teamwork and prompt communication with patients and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize anesthesia equipment and supplies by reviewing surgery schedules.
• Set up, transport, and maintain anesthesia carts and equipment.
• Assist patients with transfers, positioning, and monitoring devices.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control practices.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and team while protecting privacy.
