Job summary

Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a Surgical Aide to perform essential duties under licensed staff supervision. Tasks include routine unit functions, equipment handling, and aiding with patient care; independent judgment is limited.

Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, and assist are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate/GED or intellectual equivalent.

• Anticipates needs of health care members and actively reduces turnover time.
• Promotes Hospital efficiency to include returning equipment and supplies to appropriate locations.
