Job summary

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital in Tulsa is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our team. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30a–5:00p with rotating days off, and occasional call. This position offers full-time benefits, including a strong 401k plan and discretionary quarterly bonuses.

The role supports surgeons by maintaining sterile fields, understanding procedures, and anticipating surgeon needs to ensure safe operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certified Surgical Techs require certification through NBSTA upon hire.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current Surgical and Sterile procedures that are unit/age specific.
• Previous surgical tech experience preferred but not required.

OSH, a physician-owned facility, is looking for a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to work Monday - Friday, 6:30a - 5:00p with a rotating day off, i.e. Tuesday off this week, Wednesday off the following week, Thursday off the next week, etc. Every four weeks you will get a 4-day weekend due to having Friday and Monday off on the rotation. There is some call required which is typically 2-3 days a month, with 1 weekend call every 6-8 weeks or so. This position comes with full-time benefits! Job Mission:

The Certified and Non-Certified Surgery Tech, hold safety sensitive positions, and provide aid in functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal results for the patient. He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.

Occupational Experience:

Previous surgical tech experience preferred but not required.

Requires:
