Business Office Associate II (Surgery Scheduler) Bishop&Company, Honolulu HI Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Responsibilities
  • Schedule surgical procedures and related appointments.
  • Coordinate with patients, providers, hospitals, and surgical facilities.
  • Obtain and track insurance authorizations and referrals.
  • Verify required documentation, testing, and clearances prior to surgery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and patient communications.
