The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Surgery Institute in Erie is seeking a Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our team serving the greater Erie area. This pivotal role provides expert colorectal surgical care across an integrated health system including multiple hospitals and ambulatory centers.

We welcome both experienced physicians and newer practitioners with mentorship, offering leadership growth, research opportunities, and collaboration with a strong clinical and APP support staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Colorectal Surgery required/expected.
• Active Pennsylvania medical licensure prior to employment and DEA/CPR certifications required.

The Allegheny Health Network (AHN), Surgery Institute is recruiting a Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our team serving the greater Erie area. Play an essential role in providing surgical care to an integrated health care delivery network that includes 14 hospitals, including 4 neighborhood hospitals, and several ambulatory surgery centers. Provide expertise for patients with colorectal conditions necessitating surgeries using the latest therapies, including robotic surgery and less-invasive treatments.

We welcome established physicians as well as support newer physicians who are looking to develop their skills alongside knowledgeable mentors. This position offers an ideal opportunity for leadership, professional growth, and research.
