Job Summary

Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, located in Spruce Pine, NC, is seeking an experienced general surgeon to join its established surgical practice.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in general surgery
• Rural Health Center - NHSC loan forgiveness eligible
• Visa sponsorship eligible
• Practicing surgeons and new graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• 60% general surgery; 40% endoscopy focused
• No robotics
• Partner with one other surgeon based out of McDowell Medical Center in Marion
• 10 days of call per month
• Practice supported by APPs, CMAs and LPNs
• Practice hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
