TidalHealth Cardiothoracic Surgery in Salisbury, MD, seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established program. The team offers state-of-the-art facilities and strong support staff to deliver high-quality care in a growing coastal region.

Candidates with 5+ years of practice, board certification in cardiovascular surgery, and experience with open-heart procedures and robotic thoracic techniques are encouraged to apply. General thoracic experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established cardiothoracic surgery program.
• Perform complex cardiovascular and thoracic procedures with support staff.
• Utilize DaVinci robotics and participate in TAVR and Mitral Clip programs.

• More than 275 open-heart procedures, 140 TAVR procedures, and 30 Mitraclips annually
• Experienced candidates with 5+ years of practice beyond fellowship preferred
• Candidates who perform general thoracic surgical procedures preferred but not required
