Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products across multiple retail locations. You will work with store teams, travel within a designated region, and use the company mobile app to report results.

The role requires reliable smartphone access, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and benefits are available for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work-related tasks (must have a data plan).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

As a Surge Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with various store teams and travel to different retail locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs.

Candidates must have access to their own mobile devices for work purposes, as they will use them to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.
