Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product presentations across retail locations.

You will travel to stores within a region, use a mobile app to report results, and collaborate with store teams. Must have access to smartphone and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks (data plan required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Conversational English required (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.

As a Surge Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with various store teams and travel to different retail locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs. Candidates must have access to their own mobile devices for work purposes, as they will use them to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.
