Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are stocked, displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to multiple store locations within a designated region, using your own smartphone to access assignments and communicate with the team, while providing friendly customer service and maintaining professional displays.

You will help set up promotional and seasonal displays, report results, and work with store teams to keep displays

Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Must have a personal smartphone with data plan.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
English proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects and report results via the mobile app.
Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations within a region.

As a Surge Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with various store teams and travel to different retail locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs. Candidates must have access to their own mobile devices for work purposes, as they will use them to access assignments and communicate with the team.

What would you do in this role?

Key Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work-related tasks (must have a data plan).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.
