Job summary

North Texas Float Pool is seeking a Surg Tech to support partner hospitals and surgical centers across North Texas. In this float role, you will prepare operating rooms, manage instruments and sterile fields, and assist surgeons and RNs during a variety of procedures.

You’ll ensure patient and staff safety through rigorous aseptic technique, accurate counts, and clear communication. Working across multiple facilities, you’ll gain exposure to diverse surgical cases while enjoying schedule

Qualifications

• Experience supporting surgical teams in OR settings.
• Ability to maintain aseptic technique and accurate counts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure instruments and sterile fields are ready.
