• Commitment to safety and environmental standards in chemical handling and process operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate aluminum panel etch and anodize surface treatment processes according to established procedures and industry standards.
• Monitor and control chemical bath parameters such as concentration, temperature, pH, and immersion times to ensure process consistency and quality.
• Prepare and handle chemical solutions safely, adhering to all safety and environmental protocols.
• Inspect and evaluate treated surfaces for quality, conformance to specifications, and overall appearance.
• Set up and operate primer spray booth equipment, including spray guns and pressure pots, to apply coatings accurately.
