Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 5 years supervisory experience, or a mining-related bachelor's degree with internship exposure. Industry certifications may be required.

Qualifications

This role leads assigned personnel, supports production execution, oversees maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related operational experience including supervisory or lead experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a mining-related technical discipline with mining or industrial internship experience.
• Additional certifications or licenses appropriate to the position may be required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE

• Work is performed in a mine or processing plant environment with exposure to weather, moving equipment, electrical hazards, chemicals, dust, and noise.
• Regular standing, sitting, climbing ladders, working on elevated platforms, and use of manual dexterity are required.
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required.
• Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
