Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in surface mining engineering.
• Experience in mine planning with exposure to drill and blast activities.
• A degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the confidence to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Shape short and long-term mine plans that convert production goals into practical field plans.
• Design and refine drill and blast patterns to improve operational performance.
• Assess pit conditions, slope stability and geotechnical performance for safe, informed decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement on-site improvements.
