Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Grinder to join our precision manufacturing team. You will work on an Okamoto Surface Grinder producing high-precision ceramic and metal components, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role is 2nd shift with a potential 1st shift opening, pay between $52,000 and $62,000 per year, and requires a High School diploma and 2 years of experience. Training provided; benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts on grinding machines and follow established work instructions and SOPs.
• Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine precise tolerances and dimensions for ground components.
• Inspect finished parts for quality compliance, troubleshoot grinder performance, and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment and machining areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Ensure job process sheets (travelers) are signed, accurate, and completely up to date.

work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM
