Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Supervisors, Drillers/Driller Trainers, and Helpers to join our team. This roles involve overseeing drilling project, operating and maintaining drilling equipment, and assisting the drillers for mineral exploration projects in remote locations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills, leadership, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities for Supervisors

·Oversee the crew onsite.

·Oversee the paperwork required for the project.

·Supervise and train drillers and helpers on-site.

·Perform daily equipment inspections and basic repairs.

·Communicate between the crew, upper management, and the clients.

Responsibilities for Drillers

·Operate and maintain surface core drilling rigs and related equipment.

·Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
