Job summary

WTW in Hartford, AL is seeking a focused team lead to oversee SuretyNexus Production teams, ensuring daily servicing of Surety clients and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.

You will build relationships with client decision makers, manage workflow, and handle issuance of surety bonds along with related accounting issues, onboarding, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Acquire and maintain P&C Licensure within 90 days of employment

Job description

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of SuretyNexus Production teams. This includes day-to-day servicing of Surety clients, and management of team's servicing of Surety Clients to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met. This will involve building relationships and working closely with client-decision makers, executing deliverables on our client's behalf in accordance with our SOPs and completing various administrative tasks, including monthly analysis & reporting. • instructions of the Client and/or Client Manager as communicated and handling of all
• subsequent transactions

• Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed for management
• Participate in internal and external meetings
