Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a senior Supply Chain supervisor to oversee panel wiring assembly support, ensure timely processing and shipping of panels, and maintain IBEW contract compliance. The role requires substantial related experience and a background in electrical or utility operations, with strong planning and supervisory skills.

Candidates should have knowledge of MS Office and SAP transactions, and be able to manage rosters, timesheets, performance reviews and employee training.

Qualifications

• 9+ years with HS/GED; 7+ years with related Assoc. degree; or 5+ years with related BS degree required.
• Experience in Substation, System Protection, Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Equipment or related engineering.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; other combinations of education/experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments to develop work knowledge and apply policies, procedures, and criteria in all job aspects.
• Ensures panels are processed and shipped according to project deadlines.
• Prepares crew rosters and timesheets, OT, callout lists, performance reviews and training.

Job Summary

This role supervises and evaluates Supply Chain activities to ensure equipment, parts and supplies are available to perform panel wiring assembly.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs assignments designed to develop work knowledge, skills and abilities requiring application of policies, procedures, techniques, and other criteria in carrying out all aspects of the job.
• Ensures completed panels are processed and shipped according to project deadlines.
• Prepares crew rosters and timesheets, OT. callout lists, employee performance reviews and conduct employee training.
• Maintains consistent administration of IBEW contract and company policies and procedures.
• Significant directly related experience (9+ years with HS/GED; 7+ years with related Assoc. degree; or 5+ years with related BS degree); related experience in any one or combination of the following areas: Substation, System Protection, Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Equipment, and or relevant engineering.
• Strongly prefer graduates of Dominion Energy Substation Electrician Development Program or related Dominion Energy/other utility development program. Experience considered in lieu of completion of a training program.
• PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Working knowledge of SAP supply chain transactions a plus.
• Full knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory.
• Skills: verbal and written communication; planning and scheduling; organizational; problem solving; decision making; supervisory; operate equipment and tools.
• Abilities: processing information quickly; flexibility; analytical thinking; walking, climbing, bending and prolonged standing.

Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelors;Disciplines: Preferred: Technology

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:

$112500 - $146100

The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
