Job summary

Okaloosa Youth Academy in Crestview, FL seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead the treatment team and provide direct supervision for adolescent males aged 13 to 18. You will facilitate therapeutic groups, ensure safety, and model appropriate behavior in a structured residential setting.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, continuous patient care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and community reintegration goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related working experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass DJJ background screen and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic groups with patients and intervene effectively in crisis situations.
• Provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction and role modeling as part of the treatment team.
• Support and coordinate with the shift supervisor duties for adolescent boys aged 13–18.

We are currently seeking shift Supervisor, full-time. The shift Supervisor functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. The Supervisor leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations.
