Okaloosa employs dedicated professionals whose goals are to help youth develop competencies valued by the community through therapeutic and educational programming in a secure, structured environment and to promote successful transition into the community. We are currently seeking shift Supervisor, full-time. The shift Supervisor functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. The Supervisor leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations.
