Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a PRN Supportive Living Coordinator to provide direct care to adult residents in a supportive living home. You will assist with transportation, med management, and promoting independent coping skills, along with light housekeeping.
Responsibilities include supervising residents, enforcing house rules, maintaining safety, and documenting activities. Certifications like CPR and peer recovery are required within set timelines, with on-site orientation
Schedule: PRN - as needed coverage No set hours or consistent days
Our Supportive Living Coordinators work in our Supportive Living home to provide direct patient care to our adult residents. Spend your day supporting and assisting our residents with transportation to appointments, provide de-escalation skills, med management, promoting independent use of coping skills, and light housekeeping as needed.
Please note if the selected candidate does not have required certifications, Rogers Behavioral Health will help to obtain. However, candidate must attend orientation in our Oconomowoc, WI campus depending on which certifications needed.
Associate's degree preferred.
Must have experience in public or private institutional care for the type of population the residence serves.
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification is required within 30 days of employment start date.
NARCAN certification required during onboarding.
CPR certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and have a good driving record.
Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.
