Job summary

Community Living Connections (CLC) in Stoughton, WI is hiring Caregivers, called Supported Living Staff (SLS), to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

As a member of our Supported Living Staff, you will help individuals build independence, participate in their community, and achieve personal goals. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work where your contributions matter, we would love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include being 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide physical assistance when required.
• Driving and transporting individuals may be required; valid license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build independence and confidence in individuals served.
• Learn daily living skills and participate in community activities.
• Prepare meals and complete household tasks.
• Attend appointments and run errands.
• Complete required service documentation and communicate with the team.
