The role emphasizes supervision, collaboration, and advocacy, with ongoing training provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus experience with families and a willingness to learn.

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years of experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn—training provided.
