Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a Support Worker to join our team and help children and families build healthy relationships. You’ll work with Case Managers to support families, teach life skills, and connect them with community resources.

The role offers hybrid work options and a competitive hourly wage around $16.63 including incentives, with a supportive team that values growth and ongoing training. Tuition reimbursement and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
