Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Support Worker to assist children and families, working with Case Managers to build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

You will teach life skills, help connect families to resources, and advocate for kids and families in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Hybrid schedule offered to balance field and office work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work with children and families is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and kids.

Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

What You Need
