Job summary

Phoenix Ranch, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Support Childcare Teacher to join a caring team. This role supports holistic development and collaborates with teachers to create an engaging learning environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting education and experience. We value teamwork, safety, and a positive atmosphere for young learners at our CA campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified center preferred.
• Experience with toddler and preschool students.
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop and tablet.
• 12 Child Development Units preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
• Patience, nurturing attitude, and genuine interest in young learners.
