The Learning Experience - Westfield is seeking a passionate and dedicated Support/Float Teacher to join our team. You will help create a positive learning environment across multiple classrooms and ages, ensuring children learn, play, and grow with the supportive LEAP curriculum.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing learning environment across age groups.
• Ability to cover classrooms, breaks, and maintain ratios.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children across infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed.
• Step in to cover classrooms, breaks, and maintain ratios throughout the day.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues across the center.
• Communicate regularly with parents and lead teachers to ensure continuity for each child.
• Maintain classroom ratios, safety standards, and daily routines when moving between rooms.

As a Support/Float Teacher, you will:
