Qualifications

• Understanding of counseling and treatment procedures for substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Complete client intakes in the EMR system upon admission.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure client safety and compliance.
• Perform drug testing in accordance with approved procedures.
• Conduct medication passes with clients.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and report observations to the Operations Director.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of facility supplies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

We are seeking a swing shiftBehavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team and help deliver high-quality care in a structured, supportive environment.

Job Summary

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct client care, maintain accurate documentation, ensure adherence to facility policies, and support clients throughout the recovery process.

M-F 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
