The Support Staff team plays a vital role in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations and providing an exceptional guest experience. This position combines the responsibilities of both hosts and takeout attendants into one cohesive, high-performing team.

Support Staff are expected to work collaboratively, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and take initiative throughout every shift. There is no such thing as “not my job” – every task contributes to the success of the team and the satisfaction of our guests.

• Food Running & Server Assistance: Run food to tables, clear and reset tables as needed, and assist serves to ensure timely and attentive guest service.
• Team Support: Step in wherever help is needed whether that means checking on a table, restocking supplies, or assisting another staff members during busy periods.

• Teamwork: Work as one unified Support Staff team. Help one another without being asked and maintain constant awareness of what the team needs.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with guests, teammates, and management.
