What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs as needed
- Operate and care for company property and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform status checks on turbines, including clearing error codes and repairing issues
- Complete daily service orders, time cards, and required project paperwork
- Travel extensively for fieldwork, representing the employer's core values

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must meet Qualified Electrical Worker standards and possess a valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of wind turbines and energy storage systems
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak clearly in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CSA Z462 / NFPA 70E standards
- Basic understanding of schematics and proficiency in using a multi-meter
- Experience working in a renewable energy environment
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small parts and tools
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
