Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Lead for the Dublin, OH area. The role supervises Micro Processing operations, guides daily processes, and ensures specimens are prepared and routed correctly for analysis.

The candidate will lead a team, enforce policies, and drive improvements while handling administrative duties. A strong focus on accuracy and timely turn‑around is essential. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of the day to day operations of the Micro Processing department.
• Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Oversee routing of specimens to their respective prep areas.
• Encourage process improvements and best practices.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Resolve any production errors as requested by management.
• Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary.
• Engage in continuous process and service level improvements.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Responsible for enforcing and managing policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Lead to join our team in Dublin, OH.

Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 11:00pm -7:30am with rotating Sundays/Mondays/Holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• 6 months or more of experience in a clinical laboratory
• 6 months or more supervising or leading a team

Additional Job Standards

• Understanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures
• Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs

**Pay Range: $21.00 – $42.00 + Shift Differential

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
