We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to serve as positive role models for children and teenagers facing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health or behavioral concerns.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has experience working with youth and a passion for helping shape behaviors that improve the well‑being of both the child and their family.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies tailored to each child and family’s needs
• Implement and follow individualized plans designed to achieve specific goals
• Build strong, supportive relationships that foster growth and development
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child’s overall well‑being

Qualifications

• Background in behavioral strategies, childcare, special education, or a related field

Schedule

• Monday through Friday (after school hours)
