Altar’d State in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge, while maintaining a clean store environment.

You will consistently meet personal sales goals and support store objectives, with opportunities for advancement and a generous associate discount, plus a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Position Overview:

Brand Representative (Sales Associate) Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Qualifications
