Heartland Behavior in Iowa seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; paid training is provided and you’ll start part-time with flexible hours.

You will work under supervision as part of a clinical team, record session data on electronic devices, and help families implement skill-building plans to support independence.
