Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide in-home or community-based services to children with Autism. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided; you will work under supervision and gain hands-on clinical exposure.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Training includes the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and a commitment of at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
