Live Well Homecare in Lenexa, Kansas seeks a Direct Support Professional to deliver person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility, while supporting community outings and safety.

You will follow individualized care plans to tailor support, monitor health and behavior, document progress accurately, and help clients build essential independence and life skills on a daily basis.
