Five Below in Memphis is seeking an energetic team member for a part-time, hourly role focused on guest engagement and fast, friendly checkout. You will train staff on our customer-first approach and help manage daily store operations to keep things running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure while contributing to sales and store standards.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures strong performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new inventory for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, with full store operations responsibility.
• Opens or closes the store securely and manages cash, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs routine store upkeep and safety checks.
