Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues. The role requires customer obsession, technical savviness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will handle technical inquiries via support channels, guide customers through Levanta’s technology, and contribute to docs and internal tooling to improve efficiency and reduce recurring issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in TypeScript.
• Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (our ticketing software), and Pylon
• Understand the technical nuances of Levanta's technology and guide customers through their challenges
• Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context
• Create and maintain technical support documentation to enable the entire CS and engineering team to serve our customers
• Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues
• Utilize and implement AI workflows that will make our support process more efficient

We're hiring a Support Engineer to join Levanta's growing team. This role is the bridge / glue between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
