KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate for Store 3051-Perimeter Mall-WHBM-Atlanta. You will handle inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards while supporting a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing stock, pricing changes, and assisting leadership with visual directives. A teamwork-driven, proactive mindset with reliability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
