Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Saint Louis Galleria is seeking a Support Associate to assist customers and maintain organized stock and sales operations. You will process merchandise, stock transfers, and ensure timely merchandising while delivering service that aligns with MAPS principles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete transfers and Locate requests.
• Process visual materials, store stockroom items, signs and hardware; assist pricing changes.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets and signage placement.
• Support boutique cleanliness and organization.
• Model MAPS principles and promote a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Position Objective

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product‑focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, and reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Correctly enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received as applicable, and accurately and timely complete store‑to‑store transfers and Locate requests.
• Ensure the visual packet materials, props and signage are received and processed in a timely manner, properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model, support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
