Job summary

Chico's is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our Town & Country Village store in Houston, TX. You will handle inventory processes, restock, and help keep the store floor aligned with brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver a welcoming, customer-focused experience and support visual merchandising, pricing updates, and stockroom organization.

This role requires flexibility, 18+ years, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
