White-House-Black-Marke in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Support Associate to balance back-of-house inventory duties with front-of-house sales support. You will process shipments, move stock from the stockroom, and ensure products are where they belong to keep the customer experience seamless.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help maintain brand standards and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to operate the register and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As a Support Associate, you will work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor.
• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Ensure stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and implement price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives: floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
