Job summary

  • Communicate with customers, associates and management; wear or communicate with headset.
  • Regular attendance essential; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices with items received, and timely complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement, as directed.
  • Support the MAPS principles and standards through strong operational processes that support a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Position Objective

Functional Responsibilities

  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.

  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner.

  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices with items received, and timely complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.

  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.

  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.

  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement, as directed.

Physical Requirements


  • Constant walking/standing – 67–100% of an 8‑hour shift.

  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1–33% of an 8‑hour shift.

  • Frequent climbing – 34–66% of an 8‑hour shift.


The wage range for this position is $16.90 – $21.10. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications.
