Job description

Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product‑focused sales culture, performing sales operations such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization while upholding core principles of the store.

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Accurately enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received; complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests promptly.
  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.

Qualifications

  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.

  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
  • Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
  • Communicate with customers, associates, and management using a headset as required.
  • Regular attendance is essential; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing—67–100% of an 8‑hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.—1–33% of an 8‑hour shift.
  • Frequent climbing—34–66% of an 8‑hour shift.
