Job summary

Soma at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale seeks a Support Associate to blend back-of-house inventory with floor responsibilities. You will manage shipments, move stock, and ensure products are in the right places to support a seamless customer experience.

Expect involvement in merchandising, price changes, and visual updates, while upholding brand standards and a team‑oriented environment. If you are 18+ with flexible availability, this role welcomes you to grow with our brands.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old.

  • Able to learn new processes and tools.
  • Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
  • Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Restock and adjust prices as needed.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
  • Assist leadership with visual directives, floor set updates, and signage.
  • Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
  • Support a positive team environment through collaboration.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

  1. Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
  2. Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
  3. Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
  4. Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
  5. Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
  6. Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
  7. Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
  8. Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
